2004. Subsea & Offshore Systems has received an order to supply HIPPS to the Panna Field Development in India. The 12" ANSI 600 metal seated ball valves, www.trustedvalve.com, close in 1.5 seconds and protect the downstream piping system from an overpressurinzation scenario.
2004. Subsea & Offshore Systems is selected by BG Trinidad to supply HIPPS for 12" ANSI 2500 system. These metal seated ball valves will close in less than 2 seconds and will provide added security to an already existing platform. The package is completly skid mounted and includes for the upstream isolation valve, redundant HIPPS valves with SR Fail Close actuators and the downstream check valve. The HIPPS package is SIL III certified.
